As a licensed clinical psychologist, success coach and certified executive coach, Dr. Nicole Cutts helps her clients take a unique approach to clarifying, achieving and sustaining their Vision of Success. She can also help you uncover and eliminate blocks that may be hindering achievement or true joy. Through individual and group coaching, clients can identify and clarify their Vision of Success for their life’s work and ultimately achieve this Vision. Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
Refund Eligibility
- Full Refund: A) Clients are eligible for a full refund if they cancel the coaching package within 14 days of purchase, provided that no sessions have been attended. B) Upon enrollement there is a 20-min complimentary "getting to know you call" to see if a coaching relationship is right for both parties. If after this consultation either party does not feel that a coaching relationship is appropriate a full refund will be given.
- Partial Refund: Clients may receive a partial refund if they cancel after attending up to two sessions. The refund amount will be prorated based on the number of sessions attended.
- No Refund: No refunds will be issued after attending three or more sessions.
Cancellation Process
- Written Notice: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email via this site.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
Rescheduling
- Advance Notice: Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.
Special Circumstances
- Exceptional Cases: In cases of medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us to discuss possible exceptions to the refund policy.

Is there a time limit within which I must use my sessions?
Yes. All coaching sessions must be completed within 1 year of purchase.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! Many people find that they want to continue coaching beyond the initial number of sessions in a package. If you find yourself in need of further coaching, simply purchase another coaching package. (Different packages may be arranged after your initial 8 or 10 sessions.)
